Lateral-Child’s-Pose
Lateral-Child’s-Pose

Now remove the cushion and walk with your hands on one side. You would feel a stretch along the ribs and shoulder, but on the other side. Breathe gently and crawl your hands in the other direction, repeat the stretch on the other side.

Reclining Cobbler
Reclining Cobbler

You can start this pose by lying on your back over a rolled blanket or cushion. Keep your feet together and place knees to the side. Breathe for a few minutes and repeat.

Inhale and lift your tail bone, get your back in arched position, and gently look up. Exhale and return to the previous move. Repeat this for several breaths and perform the Cow’s pose as you inhale and Cat’

On an inhale, lift your tailbone, arch your back, and gently look up. Then exhale and return to Cat, the previous move. Repeat for several breaths, performing Cow as you inhale, and Cat as you exhale.

 

Supported Child’s Pose
Supported Child’s Pose

You need to straddle the cushion with your knees but by sitting on your heels. Stay like this for 10 to 20 breaths then turn your head to another side. Hold like this for 10 to 20.
