It is deduced that reasons like imbalance in sugar levels, deficiency in vitamin B and increasing levels of specific reproductive hormones result in nausea during pregnancy.

The common causes of headache nausea are depression, fatigue, the common cold, migraine and morning sickness. This can also mark the beginning of a serious ailment such as Crohn’s disease, diabetes, cancer or a brain tumor.

Working Out After Eating:
If you work out before or after meals, it may lead to nausea. When your stomach is empty during exercise, you may get a feeling of nausea. Conversely, nausea could be caused by being too full. Be cautious when planning your workouts.

Drug Side Effects:
This condition may also arise due to some specific medications. For example, anti-inflammatory medications which are used to relieve pain can cause irritation to your stomach lining. This results in nausea. Also, antibiotics taken on empty stomach can cause this condition.
