  1. Dr Dantini wrote The New Fibromyalgia Remedy. He is a physician that struggled with CF/Fibro/ME. I flew to his office in Ormond Beach, FL. A viral panel revealed several viruses and food sensitivity blood tests revealed numerous food allergies. I’ve been on anti-vitals fir 4 months and I absolutely have my life back! I can think, remember, and thrive! In addition to antivirals, I take lots if vitamins and supplements. These alone didn’t heal me, anti-virals alone won’t heal; it’s the combination. Supplements I’ve found beneficial include: b complex, beta glucan, chromium picolinate, spirutein Gold, multi-vitamin, vitamin C, MSM, and Melatonin. He recommends a food rotation diet which was hugely helpful! Dantini does not push his own supplements, which I like. I buy mine on Amazon and always avoid supplements containing soy. Dr Teitelbaum’s book From Fatigued to Fantastic was also helpful by suggesting D-Ribose and Acetyl L-Carnitine.
