Rosacea is a skin condition affecting nearly 14 million people in the North America mostly belonging to the age group of 30-60 years. The symptoms of the disease are not apparent in the initial stages.

Home Remedies of Rosacea:

Apple Cider Vinegar: Oral intake of this fluid is found to stimulate the release of enzymes of the digestive system, which kill the intestinal bacteria causing rosacea.

Licorice: This herb is found to be effective in reducing the mild to moderate signs of this disease in four to eight weeks.

Green Tea Cream: According to a report submitted to the American Academy of Dermatology in 2005, green tea cream is found to treat this skin disease.

Chrysanthellum Indicum: Extracts of this herb is found to strengthen the cappillaries and reduce the red lines on the face naturally.

Prevention of Rosacea:

The exact cause of this disease is not known yet. Knowledge gained on this disease is based on observation. There are some factors which contribute in triggering of this disease. It is also learnt from research studies that rosacea can be hereditary. The best way to prevent this disease is by keeping check on the triggering factors.
