Hormone replacement Therapy has been the number one choice for menopause sufferers. Till lately when it was discovered that it’s been linked to a higher rate of breast cancer, stroke and heart attacks lately when used over a long period of time. I think HRT would be an ideal solution for the short haul to avoid the the side effects that comes along with it.
