What is Stress?
Stress has become a common term in the day-to-day life. It has become an inevitable factor in everybodyai??i??s life.

Stress is something which referred as an emotional and physical damage caused by some external forces of the world.

Stress might make a person from leading a happy life and it also restrict the person from being in control and to enjoy the life.

The term stress has been first used by a few psychologists. According to them, stress is a response by the body to any demand. The stress might be positive in some situations.

Types of stress
Stress might be both physical and mental. It might lead a person to positive or negative stress.

There are mainly four types of stress. They are:

  • Distress
  • Hyperstress
  • Hypostress

Eustress: It might be described as a temporary stress. It might be positive and it might give you power to perform the day-to-day activities. the person might become creative and energetic.

Distress: It is kind of negative stress which might occur due to the changes in the routine. It might make the person uncomfortable. Persons who are switching the job often might get distressed.

Hyperstress: This kind of stress happens when a person is performing over duty. The overtime might make the person stressed.

Hypostress: The person who is doing monotonous job might get stressed. Creative people might feel dejected when they are doing a mechanical process everyday.
