5 Easy Ways to Lose Weight without Exercising
Gaining weight is easy, but losing weight is very difficult. We will try almost anything to lose weight including fast diets, sweating at the gym, and visiting expensive weight loss centers. 1.Avoid consuming “white” carbohydrates, unless you are in for a rigorous exercise regimen. White carbs include bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, cereal as well as fried food. These foods are high in carbohydrates and have little nutritional value.
2. Do not drink calories – Avoid decaffeinated drinks, sodas, fruit juice, and milk. Drink plenty of water and, for variety, unsweetened tea, diet sodas, coffee without cream, etc.
3. Eat the same few meals several times- You can mix and match the foods that make up your meal, but try to use healthy foods over and over. Some foods that are good for you and easy to incorporate into your meals are listed below:

4. Take one day off every week to eat what you want. This breaks the monotony of a diet and keeps your thyroid from getting deregulated due to calorie restriction.
5. Avoid excessive alcohol intake- People tend to gain weight when they consume alcohol in excess. It is ok to have a drink now and then, but remember to drink in moderation.
